Artwork - ALL > Installation

Untold is an installation about the experiences that remain unspoken, unrecognized, and distanced from conscious thought. Oppposite this concept is the idea that great self-reflective learning comes "from the telling" to others. Without reflection, there is no growth.

12 foot reeds are inserted in the gallery floor creating a collinade entrance. Paintings on side wall are entitled "Warm Moonlight" and "Cold Sunlight" and represent the ending of the day. The studies for these 6 foot by 12 foot acrylic paintings came from life in the wilderness during 1996.
